Beacon Cheese Shop hosts an evening of tastings and live competition as three of its cheesemongers prepare for this summer’s Cheesemonger Invitational in New York City (on June 28). Guests will sample handcrafted “Perfect Bites” created by each competitor while watching live cutting and wrapping contests modeled after the Invitational itself, alongside beer, wine, and additional cheese tastings.
