More than a dozen local trucks gather in Bloomington, with lobster rolls from Nikki C’s Seafood & Catering; Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican empanadas from La Ruta del Sol; and hot, made-to-order mini donuts from newcomer Donuts for Days. The fire department’s Bike Night also brings live music from STEEL, beer and wine, local vendors, and a 50/50 raffle.
