The inaugural Forage Fest will take over Creative Legion in Hudson on Saturday, May 9, from 12pm-4pm for a star-studded format that goes well beyond the standard tasting menu. The draw is a five-stop chef experience featuring David Israelow of the forthcoming Chatham restaurant Four Corners, Mona Talbott (Talbott & Arding), Jason Denton (Feast & Floret), Guy Arnone (Via Cassia), and James Beard winner Nora Allen (Mel the Baker). Branchwater Farm will be serving up foraged cocktails, and there will also be talks on ethical and joyful foraging, a maker market, and live music. Come hungry and curious: this one is built for wandering, sipping, listening, and staying longer than planned.
