Returning to Poughkeepsie after more than a decade, the Hudson Valley Caribbean Festival fills the waterfront with authentic Caribbean food and a jerk chicken competition. Caribbean artists, DJs, local vendors, and family activities continue throughout the day, with proceeds supporting the C.A.N.G. Foundation’s community work and youth scholarships.
