Visitors will embark on a guided tour through Seminary Hill’s 12-acre orchard, where 1,500 trees produce more than 60 varieties of apples and pears, before heading inside the world’s first Passive House-certified cidery. A tasting of the full cider lineup brings the tour to a close, giving visitors a chance to taste how those different fruits shape the finished ciders.
