Artists, makers, specialty food producers, wineries, and distilleries take over the Ulster County Fairgrounds during this longtime Memorial Day weekend fair in New Paltz. A large food court serving barbecue, wood-fired pizza, kettle corn, fresh lemonade, and other fair staples runs throughout the weekend alongside live music and craft demonstrations.
